Depending on the requirements, the water is treated in several steps. In some applications, the treatment or purification of wastewater is necessary. Here, too, the water is filtered and treated in different steps.
Sander has specialized in water treatment systems using ozone, for decades. Special components (e.g., reactors and injection units) are used for the ozonation step. Ozone is also used in air treatment systems, among others.

Ozone Generators Multizon and Universal
Ozone is used for oxidation and disinfection in applications such as drinking water, process & wastewater, cooling towers and swimming pools, among others.
The fully automatic ozone generators in cabinet design are built according to DIN 19627. The devices are air-cooled (Multizon series) or water cooled (Universal series) and designed for vacuum operation as standard. A manufacture for overpressure operation is possible (max. 0.8 bar).
Depending on the size, the Multizon series can produce ozone quantities between 5 - 500 g/h and the Universal series between 12 – 500 g/h ozone at a concentration of approx. 20 g/m³.
Ozone Generator Special Series
The Special Series ozone generators are manufactured in a stainless-steel cabinet and comply with special requests of the application e.g., in the food and beverage industry. The units are cooled by air and the standard version is designed for a vacuum operation. A manufacture for pressure operation is possible.
The Special Series can produce ozone with a concentration of approx. 20 g/m³.
Laboratory Ozonizer
The Sander laboratory ozonizers are used in industrial laboratories but also in colleges and universities, in the petrochemical industry, or for air treatment. Depending on the series, the laboratory ozonizers can be operated with both dry air or oxygen.
The unit can be cooled with air (integrated fans) or water (supply by the customer). The ozone concentration can be adjusted through a potentiometer. Depending on the model, the generators can generate between 2 - 30 g/h of ozone at a concentration of 20 g/m³ to 120 g/m³.
Flotation Tower
The flotation process is widely used in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Sander Flotation Tower is especially designed to take advantage of the foaming process during flotation and use bubbles as filtering media. This type of application can be applied in fresh, brackish and seawater systems.
